MULTI-TIER PROGRAM
CLASSROOM EDUCATORS WORKSHOP:
BEHAVIOR ENGINEER (BE) LEVEL
The Classroom Educators Workshop, Behavior Educator (BE) Level is a 2-day workshop (4 hours each day + lab) that provides the first level within the BEST! Training Series. At the end of this two-day workshop, the learner will have an opportunity to obtain the BEST! Behavior Educator (BE) micro-credential.

Upon completion of this workshop, Classroom Educators will be able to:
1. Demonstrate cultural humility and global awareness to be a responsible citizen in a diverse society.
2. Demonstrate an understanding of Social Emotional Learning and the positive relational outcomes within the classroom environment.
3. Demonstrate own Self Awareness and biases that can influence the behavior management structure within the classroom setting.
4. Develop interventions to increase desired Academic Behavior Skills and decrease maladaptive behaviors in the classroom, and social interactions.
5. Analyze various means of data collection for academic and behavior concerns using simplified means of data collection appropriate for a classroom.
6. Integrate all data collected through using The BEST Classroom Behavior Continuum Scale (Crump, 2015) as a tool during a teacher directed behavior assessment and the development of the Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP).
7. Explain the impact of identifying Functionally Equivalent Replacement Behaviors/Skills (FERB).
8. Develop behavior goals for the Behavior Intervention Plan.

CLASSROOM EDUCATOR SPECIALIST LAB:
BEHAVIOR ENGINEER SPECIALIST (BES) LEVEL
This is the Classroom Educator Specialist Application Lab, Behavior Educator Specialist (BES) Level. This 16-week Behavior Applications Lab (one semester) is the second level within the BEST! Training Series. This BEST! level is structured for teachers, School Districts, Universities/Colleges, Teacher Prep Programs, Junior Colleges, and ECE-Early Childhood Educations programs that want to implement practical and proactive approach to PBS management systems with the classroom environment. At the end of this 16-week Lab, the learner will have an opportunity to obtain the BEST! Behavior Educator Specialist (BES) micro-credential.
Upon completion of the Applications Behavior Lab, Classroom Educator Specialists (BES) will be able to:
1. Demonstrate cultural humility systems within their classroom environment and global awareness to be a responsible citizen in a diversity in the classroom setting.
2. Demonstrate social/emotional learning by executing positive relational outcomes within their classroom setting.
3. Demonstrate own self awareness and biases that can influence the behavior management structure within the classroom setting.
4. Develop and execute interventions to increase desired Academic Behavior Skills and decrease maladaptive behaviors in the classroom and social interactions within the classroom setting.
5. Analyze and execute various means of data collection for academic and behavior concerns using simplified means of data collection appropriate for a classroom.

CUSTOM, INDIVIDUALIZED, AND SUPPORTIVE SYSTEMS
AND ORGANIZATIONS:
BEHAVIOR ENGINEER SPECIALIST TRAINER (BEST) LEVEL
The BEST! Consultation Behavior Services provides custom, individualized, and supportive systems for building and structuring organizations for behavior programming. The consultation is guided by Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) that are Organization Behavior Management Specialists (OBM-Specialists). All trainers are experts in the field of ABA and behavior change systems for talent training. The BEST! Consultation provides a step-by-step guidance for organizations to develop an individualized approach based on their strengths, needs, and size of the organization. At each tier of the consultation, the organization will have a comprehensive analysis to build and plan their own program. The BEST! Consultative services will assist your organization from concept to the execution of research-based organization behavior management (OBM) systems.
